Saturday at the Zoo

The weather has finally become enjoyable here in Tallahassee. We took the boys to the zoo and had a blast. There were no meltdowns from anyone, including mom and dad. Wish everyday could be like today.

Chicken Little

I decided to see if Aussie would like the chicken costume any better than Jack did. Looks like we will need a second option for Halloween.

Twins

It is too much fun dressing them alike.

Oh my little men. Austin continues his fascination with any and all balls. Jack has found a new horse to ride and likes to wear his fireman's hat backwards. I think he thinks it is a baseball cap. They are too cute for words these days.

Picasso I am not

I took it upon myself to make Jack's room a little more "boyish." With the help of transparencies and a projector, I came up with this:

Back from CT

What a great time we had in CT with the family. I wish we could spend the whole summer there.

A day in June

We spent this weekend at various sporting events (big surprise) and here are just a few of the pictures I took:

I like to call this one "carrot top." I think the reason is quite obvious.

Here is jack in his cool dude sunglasses. He used them to protect his face from the sand he was throwing, not from the sun.

Jack finally agreed to have a wash with his little brother. Mom and dad are happy to save on the water.

Here is the studly J scoring one of his 4 goals for his over 30 league team. Check out the guy who missed the save. He kind of reminds me of hurley from "Lost" but that is not to take away from my hubby's fantastic shot.

Almost Half Ironman

This is a pic of bridget and me at 0'dark hundred in the morning getting ready for Ford Florida Ironman 70.3. Let's just say it wasn't my day. bridge did great..smoked the course while I played the alphabet game with the names on people's race #'s as they passed me on the bike. Here is Jack "gettin' down" at his spring program at school. He did sooo well at wearing his butterfly wings, listening to the teacher and not running off the stage to mom and dad. We are very proud of him.
